Carly Graham is a native of Syracuse, New York and now lives in Hoboken, NJ while working in NYC. She earned both a Doctorate of Physical Therapy and a Bachelor’s of Clinical Health Science at Ithaca College. At Ithaca, Carly was a member of the volleyball team and ran on the cross country and track teams. She appeared at regional, qualifier, and national standard events throughout her career. She also served as the Assistant Cross Country and Track coach while completing her graduate studies.
Carly relocated to NYC to pursue her career in Physical Therapy and continue being a run coach.While practicing Physical Therapy she works mainly with athletes and specializes in movement, rehab, strengthening, and injury prevention. Carly is passionate about helping people reach their goals and staying healthy while doing so. She strongly believes individualized coaching and proper joint movement is the way to make running a lifelong habit.
She also continues to run competitively on the New York running circuit. She qualified for the Boston marathon in 2018 and is waiting for her chance to run it whenever the race happens. In addition, she has also explored some unconventional running events from a 1 AM mile race through Times Square to the Hood to Coast relay.
Her expertise in physical therapy and body mechanics combined with personal coaching is the perfect formula to help runners reach their goals.
